Over two years ago, I hit rock bottom.

I’ve known pain before — I’ve lost my mum, my dad, my grandmother. But nothing prepared me for the storm I found myself in during a relationship that broke me down in every possible way — emotionally, mentally, spiritually, financially.

I lost myself.

I became a shadow. A shell.
I couldn’t recognize the woman staring back at me in the mirror.

But this isn’t a story about pain.

It’s a story about rebirth.

🌺 Healing in Bali: The Beginning

I flew to Bali because I couldn’t breathe.
I was suffocating — my nervous system fried, my body in survival mode. I had always come to this island to refuel and reconnect. But this time, I needed something deeper. Something ancient. Something real.

I needed to remember who I was before the heartbreak, before the chaos.

And so I turned to what I knew best:
Sound.

As a musician and a healer, I’ve always believed in the power of vibration. But during this time, sound became more than art. It became medicine.

🎧 The Power of Frequency

I started working with Solfeggio frequencies — ancient tones that align with our chakra systems, clearing blocks and restoring energy to its natural rhythm. I studied them. Sat with them. Let them move through me. Each frequency carried something different — a key, a code, a piece of myself I had forgotten.

What began as an experiment became a practice.
What became a practice became a ritual.
And that ritual became my debut album: Rebirth.

🔮 Rebirth: A Chakra Healing Journey

Over the course of three months, I crafted each track to support and activate a specific chakra — from root to crown. This wasn’t just songwriting. It was soulwork. Deep, intimate, gritty, and healing.

Some weeks flowed with ease. Others cracked me wide open.
I spent days stuck on the heart chakra — no surprise, really. That part of me had held so much grief. So much betrayal. It took time to feel safe again.

In between recording, I’d escape to Nusa Lembongan, just to breathe, rest, and reconnect… then I’d return to the studio, ready to go deeper.

This wasn’t just an album.
It was a remembrance.

There were days I didn’t know if I’d finish. Days I thought I’d disappear inside my own grief. But every time I sat with the music, I felt my spirit return — breath by breath, note by note.

The mantras, the chants, the melodies, the frequencies — they realigned me.

My voice.

This album saved me.
